Israel’s Ministry of Education has publicly recognized 277 junior and senior high schools throughout Israel for their integrity, values and achievement.

Tal Shavit, the science coordinator at AMIT Hatzor HaGlilit Jr. & Sr. High School won the outstanding teacher award sponsored by World ORT Kadima Mada and the Ministry of Education.

This summer, two AMIT Bet Ashkelon High School students won the mayor’s award for young adult excellence and community involvement for their significant contribution to the Ashkelon community.

Amit Suleiman, a student at AMIT Gwen Straus Science High School, Kfar Batya, won the national Talmud competition.
