For the first time, teens with disabilities will be able to find summer jobs like everyone else – thanks to the students of AMIT Renanim in Raanana.

Ulpanat AMIT Givat Shumel students are devoting part of their summer vacation to learning something new, including self-defense and first aid.

This summer students from AMIT Kfar Blatt Petah Tikva Youth Village took time out of their summer vacation to pay their respects to Bessie Gotsfeld, z”l, the founder of AMIT.

Two AMIT students won the prestigious Ilan Ramon Award for Excellence and Leadership this summer. Sharona Passin of AMIT Wasserman High School in Beer Sheva and Shachar Kriaf of AMIT Ginsburg Bar Ilan Gush Dan in Ramat Gan were among twelve teens from across the country who received this honor.

At Yeshivat AMIT Nachshon in Mateh Yehuda chesed and learning do not end when the school year does. Accompanied by their teacher, Nachshon students spent a day volunteering in Jerusalem where they helped pack food parcels at an organization that provides for needy and sick individuals.
