AMITSpeech

Congratulations to David Lev Ran, a Yeshivat AMIT Amichai 8th grade student, who won the Rotary Club sponsored young orators competition in Rehovot. The speech contest provides a valuable opportunity for young people to demonstrate and enhance their skills at developing a theme and presenting it in a clear and convincing manner to others. Lev Ran captivated the judges with his speech about the importance of including students with special needs at school and gave the example of mainstreamed classes at AMIT Amichai and their contribution to all students. The next step for David is the national competition, at which he will compete against other teens who have won their city-wide contests. The AMIT Amichai faculty mentored David and helped him throughout the entire process of writing, practicing and presenting his speech.
