This school year, a unique partnership between AMIT and the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem will bring students from 66 AMIT schools in Israel to the museum for a powerful educational experience.
Students will participate in interactive workshops, lectures, and classes focused on tolerance, respectful dialogue, and constructive debate—just like in Jewish tradition. The museum draws on lessons from history, particularly the Jewish experience, to foster understanding and meaningful dialogue among people of diverse backgrounds.
Jonathan Reese, CEO of the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem, explained:
“These visits will help the younger generation engage with complex issues of conflict and difference in Israeli society—not with fear, but with education for understanding, listening, and mutual respect. In the spirit of Jewish and Talmudic debate, we aim to show that disagreements can be a source of growth, learning, and solidarity, rather than division.”
