This week, the AMIT Network introduced a special initiative for software engineering and cyber studies teachers in an effort to share unique teaching methods and encourage outstanding students to pursue academic studies in those fields.
The dozens of teachers and administrators from across Israel are part of a new “community” within the network that is meant to promote awareness about the importance of cyber studies.
Members of the AMIT community met this week with Lt. Col. Yaniv Ossi, commander of the lDF’s Computing and Cyber Defense Academy, who said he was pleased by the partnership that is forming between the AMIT Network and his unit.
Dr. Tzvi Yarblum, the head of Science and Technology Education at the AMIT Network, said that AMIT’s cyber community will contribute to the subject’s proliferation, as colleagues collaborate with and help enrich one another.
