A Day of English at AMIT Kiryat Malachi

AMIT Kiryat Malachi junior high school students hosted a group of young Americans participating in the Bnei Akiva youth movement’s year in Israel. The group of young volunteers and the AMIT students spent an exciting day aimed at promoting acquisition of the English language. The Americans and Israelis enjoyed a variety of activities together including experiential learning and games – and all without uttering a word of Hebrew. The students enjoyed hosting the American group, formed new friendships and improved their conversational English.

“We work at every level to encourage students to matriculate at the highest level of English and earn a quality Bagrut certificate,” said Hadas Sharabi, principal of AMIT Kiryat Malachi, “in order to give students the best starting point possible to pursue their life goals.”
