The program focused on building educational workplans for next year in an innovative and creative way. The day’s topics included peer learning, brainstorming, and specific lectures about management and education during wartime. Roundtable conversations facilitated by mentors and school Malats allowed for shared ideas and learnings from one another. The day was held specifically in Sderot to show our support and commitment to the city, our educational teams, and students during this trying time, when missiles have started up again and the city continues to circumnavigate so much trauma. AMIT’s senior administration attended the day which also included Mayor Alon Davidi and Sderot Director of Education, Gil Chadash.
We are also delighted to share the news that David Shasha, a twelfth-grade student at AMIT Yeshivat Kfar Ganim, Petah Tikva, has won the prestigious International Bible Contest held on Israel’s Independence Day 2024. David’s exceptional knowledge and dedication have brought pride to our entire AMIT family. His achievement exemplifies the values and academic excellence we strive to instill in our students.
Planning and organizing for the future, specifically in the city of Sderot, fills us with a sense of purpose and hope.
