In recent years, as Israeli society has faced growing divisions, AMIT made a bold and values-driven decision: to leverage our educational community to bridge divides and address some of the country’s most pressing challenges.
This vision led us to open our doors to large secular schools in central Israel, and today, 25% of AMIT’s students identify as secular. What sets AMIT apart is that we don’t just create spaces for coexistence. Instead, we foster meaningful interactions —encouraging teachers and students from different backgrounds to connect, debate, learn from, and respect one another. Time and again, we see how these diverse communities discover they have more in common than what divides them.
