11th-grade students at AMIT Hillel High School in Rehovot volunteered and gave out with real joy.
The students prepared and produced a Purim happening for the children of the Sharet neighborhood in the city of Lod, which included play stations, art workshops and food stalls.
The experience for the students was amazing, a huge sense of satisfaction was felt among the students for their ability to make the excited children happy who returned with a lot of love towards the students.
The high school management helped with the budget in order to produce the event in the best way. The event was assisted by the Neighborhoods in Change organization, which is adopting the neighborhood under the leadership of neighborhood coordinator Hadas Likenberg.
At the end of the event, the association’s representatives presented a gift to the students as a token of appreciation in gratitude for their workers from the neighborhood.
