The administration of the AMIT Gould Rehovot girl’s school was informed that 100% of the school’s students have full entitlement to a matriculation certificate for the school year of 5776.

Over the past decade, the school has undergone an educational and academic transformation, and went from being a school with low success rates to an excelling school of education. The school is integrated, and includes special education classes, for which 100% of the students are eligible for a matriculation certificate, as well.

With the assistance of the director of education at the municipality and the AMIT Network, special education routes and tracks were instituted for the school’s students. Examples include: various professional sports tracks, theoretical and experiential Beit Midrash learning, and honors programs in Science and Mathematics, which allow the students to reach impressive achievements in the respective fields.

Miri Gil, Principal of the school, emphasizes that the school’s success is the ideal example of the commitment of school staff to the students’ impressive achievements. She stresses that the success of the students is the direct result of the devoted work of the school’s educators who do not give up on a single student and who provide ongoing dedicated guidance. The teachers undoubtedly put in their best efforts to advance all students, whether excelling or struggling, and do whatever is in their power to have each student reach her full potential. They educate each and every student about Jewish values through empowerment and development of each student’s individual personality:

“We educate our students to value self-responsibility and independent thinking, all while developing leadership. Our students are taught how to deal with challenges, which young teenagers in Israeli society face today. This is all done while they mature and grow with values of love for the Land of Israel, the nation of Israel, and the Torah of Israel.”

Dr. Amnon Eldar, CEO of the AMIT Network congratulated the school on this significant achievement: “We are proud of the educational effort and activities being carried out in the school. Many resources are invested in utilizing personal abilities of each student, and here we see the product of the school’s educators’ hard work – the great success of the students, and the confidence the parents have in the school and its education.”
