AMIT Israel Spotlight Session #2: AMIT’s Community of Co-Ed and Secular Schools – Bridging Divides, Building Community

At AMIT Wasserman Torah, Arts and Sciences Junior High School for Girls, things are about to change. The school is taking a leap into the future propelling the school into the 21st century.

Yael Fischer may be only 17, but she is already the founder of a project whose aim is to improve the quality of life for lonely senior citizens across Israel and to bridge generational gaps.

AMIT Hammer Junior and Senior High School for Boys won the Education Ministry’s national prize for educational excellence, beating out dozens of other schools across Israel being considered for the prestigious award.
